What are the best aspects of this product?

I have never worked with a hosting provider that I was more impressed with, and Michael has been helpful above and beyond what I would have expected. Hostwinds has the best customer support and service! The site speed is excellent as well as the uptime (I check the site at least once a week, I always found it up).

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This web host offers a very good price. I like it.
