What are the best aspects of this product?

I was using a free host before I moved to Hostwinds basic shared hosting account. I'm pretty satisfied with them, but to be honest – I don’t have much experience with other hosting providers, nor do I track my website uptime and speed. Absolutely amazing support and the speed of servers I love it...

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
