What are the best aspects of this product?

Great hosting experience dealing with Hostwinds professionals. CS was very helpful in getting me through the initial stages of setting up my first domained site, always willing to answer even the most basic beginner's questions. Two months in and I've had virtually no downtime at all and consistently excellent service. The one thing I never worry about on my site is my host.
