What are the best aspects of this product?

Absolutely wonderful service and uptime. The one time they had a significant downtime (electrical transformer blew) they stayed in touch and gave a full refund for the downtime. I have a managed VPS account, which is a little pricey, but the service and quality make up for the cost.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Have no problems using them.
