Hostwinds is a genuine customer focused - their operations have expanded greatly but they have not let that get in the way of offering great customer service. I have found technical staff willing to go the extra mile in solving issues with my application rather than their infrastructure because they are enthusiastic about helping customers and interested in solving problems.
