Amazing company.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I am extremely new to web development I had a idea and didn't know where to begin. I started with the other company and was not impressed so I switched to Hostwinds and I must say there is a world of difference. The customer support is amazing. Any industry would be lucky to have the support and dedication these guys show to customers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
