What are the best aspects of this product?

Amazing customer support and excellent uptime. I have truly never had a problem with this service. I am happy to pay a few dollars more to have the stable uptime and 24/7 customer support for a number of sites that I currently have hosted with Hostwinds ... And everyone there is always so friendly. I hope this never changes!
