What are the best aspects of this product?
Hostwinds provides us some options to get support live chat with a real person (best to solve small problems), Email and phone. And I must tell that their real time chat support personnels have much technical knowledge. But their phone and email support are very fast and useful also.
I get my problem solved through email support in just 1-3 hours.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have never faced issues with them.
