What are the best aspects of this product?

I really appreciate all the work that they did for me. Thanks, Hostwinds team. I use basic shared hosting (no SSL), email, MySQL databases, cron jobs. So far they have been excellent. I've had to contact support a few times and on all occasions, my questions were answered very promptly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

All the time when I used to support I got prompt and according to replies.
