What are the best aspects of this product?

My brother had been telling me for years to switch to Hostwinds; I was finally so frustrated with my old hosting company that I decided to move the very day my account expired. Hostwinds helped me even with my transfer! I didn't lose any files and my site was only offline for an hour. I am waiting for a bright future.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
