Competent support.

What are the best aspects of this product?

They do offer a very good price and on the half dozen or so times that I have needed to speak to them, including in the middle of the night, there has always been a technically competent support person available immediately. Hostwinds was recommended to me by a web developer, as we had had a few issues with our previous Hosting supplier.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing to complain.
