What are the best aspects of this product?

I believe Hostwinds has been pretty good with the site I have hosted on them. Decided to try their WordPress hosting solution - a happy customer. Lots of space and bandwidth, if there is no downtime for most of the year I would rate it a great host.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
