What are the best aspects of this product?
Awesome hosting experience with Hostwinds web host. They use Raid 10. Their customer support is wonderful. They respond promptly to emails or you can use the Live Chat. I had a problem at 10 PM one night and got help without waiting at all.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I am fully satisfied.
