What are the best aspects of this product?

I'm a fanatic about customer support and the customer experience. I'm even a partner in a company that trains businesses both large and small about creating an exceptional customer experience. I've bought and sold numerous companies, and each time I find a new one the first thing that I do is move the infrastructure to Hostwinds.
Day on night these guys are on it! They are probably the only company that I can honestly rate a 10 in all areas.
