What are the best aspects of this product?

Within 2 hours of purchasing hosting with Hostwinds, my site was up and ready to go! When I need support, it is quick and takes care of the issue with no attitude. The uptime is almost 100% and there were no issues that I had with other hosts in past.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am very pleased.
