What are the best aspects of this product?

No matter what the issue, I usually hear back within minutes. If the first person can't take care of the issue, they will elevate it to someone more qualified. They are prompt in taking care of any issues. As for Hostwinds' tools, they give you a lot of tools in the dashboard. You won’t need half of them.. but they are all nice to have just in case.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I highly recommend them.
