What are the best aspects of this product?

A very active provider with stable high spec servers, fast response times & perfect uptime. The control panel is great, the advanced features are great, the support is fantastic but best of all the site can scale up and we don't have to lift a finger - I would definitely (and often do) recommend Hostwinds and their servers - stable and super fast.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Recommended.
