What are the best aspects of this product?

Having been with other hosting services before dealing with Hostwinds web hosting providers, I can honestly say their team is by far the best! There are loads of 'bolt-on extras', most of them are free, and the freedom to customize whatever you want including forums.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have enjoyed their service and would recommend it to anyone.
