What are the best aspects of this product?

I wasn't able to find any cheaper asp.net web Hosting service other than Hostwinds web host. I must say the windows hosting service is great with what I need. The windows shared plan is feature-rich and cheap. All that they claim was true and they have great customer service.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Recommend this host to everyone.
