What are the best aspects of this product?

Must say that I was fully-impressed with Hostwinds hosting service. Their technical support is responsive - tickets tend to get a response within mins, which usually resolves the problem. Every conversation was pleasant and helpful. Every question resolved to my satisfaction. No complains about stupidity of the questions or late time (few conversations went past midnight).

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is one of the rare web hosting providers that are not overselling their resources - great PLUS for them. Recommended!
