What are the best aspects of this product?

I like them and highly recommend them! As others have noted, support is very responsive and I've never waited more than 15 minutes or so for a response. Hostwinds control panel system is absolutely fantastic. I feel their prices are a little on the high side compared to what bandwidth you get. cPanel has everything you need. Whether you're an expert user or a beginner it is very easy to use.
