What are the best aspects of this product?

Well, Hostwinds has a great Dashboard to control everything in your account, from domains to billing to MySQL. They have one-click installs of several apps like WordPress and Joomla. I have already suggested Hostwinds to two colleagues, though I am uncertain as to where they eventually settled on hosting their domains.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
