What are the best aspects of this product?

Great people, great options, and reliability I do not see how another provider can be better. I started with Hostwinds hosting over 9 months ago and I am amazed at their level of service from the live chat I have used it five times already to set up my site, haven't finished yet but it's fast and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable so fare so good.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

No problems with this web host.
