What are the best aspects of this product?

Very helpful and flexible when setting up and managing websites. I couldn't get ruby on rails running with mysql so I compiled it myself with the extension, works fine. Their automatic upgrades of software are usually a little bit behind the release. I like their speed connection - it is pretty fast.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

SSD drives are really faster than HDD. It's cool!
