Excellent support team

What are the best aspects of this product?

My websites have been migrated into my Hostwinds server by their excellent support team and one thing I noticed after the migration was that their speed has dramatically increased. I asked them for a reason for this and to my amazement, they told me that they updated my server's PHP version, optimized the server, and configured a caching mechanism.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The best thing is that I didn't ask for this or expected it.
