Extremely helpful and easy to use

What are the best aspects of this product?

I've been with Hostwinds drupal hosting service for just under a year...their support is good, they always respond within a few hours, and often within a few minutes. Their servers are pretty good. Whenever I've needed support I’ve got the answer I needed within a few hours although UK/US time difference affects the wait.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nice host.
