What are the best aspects of this product?

Words hardly express how fabulous it is to have support like this. I don't need it often but when I do I have never waited more than a minute for a response and the problem has always been fixed in under 15 minutes. It's just brilliant.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There aren't anything bad.
