What are the best aspects of this product?

I've been using the SSD web hosting service with HostWinds for around nine months now, and it is a class apart from other services I have previously used. The value for money is unbelievably good; and, the customer service is exceptional - very fast, courteous, and unfailingly solves my problems. If you're looking for a reliable, affordable US-based hosting service, stop looking!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
