What are the best aspects of this product?

Yesterday I was unable to get back into my admin dashboard. I was locked out. The tech support staff is INCREDIBLE. I contacted Hostwinds' tech customer center, spoke with Micahel Who had me up and running in minutes. I was entirely blown away by his support care and professionalism.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
