What are the best aspects of this product?

I was pleasantly surprised by the backup tools you provide which I did not expect at all. The signup process was pretty fast, simple, and traditional (I did not send them any copies of IDs, etc). I did not wait too much after the payment for my account details. Recommended their service to others.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with Hostwinds hosting!
