Fantastic user friendly web host!

What are the best aspects of this product?

I tend to place fairly technical support calls. Their uptime is great, sites are always up and accessible for visitors. Hostwinds was by far the cheapest around in the hosting market. This has been the most positive hosting experience I have ever had. The customer service is outstanding, the services included is amazing, and the price is unbeatable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
