What are the best aspects of this product?

I appreciate the fact that Hostwinds is a reliable professional hosting provider. I'm very happy using their advanced shared hosting for running my new Wordpress Blog site (paid $5/mo with PayPal). Also, the switch over of domains and hosting from my previous provider was seamless and my support questions were answered quickly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
