What are the best aspects of this product?

Transferred my 3 domains to Hostwinds web hosting account with no problems. Techs are responsive and friendly. As virtually every problem I've ever had has been of my own making, I have really appreciated the professionalism of the staff and I will never go anywhere else!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
