What are the best aspects of this product?

I am impressed with Hostwinds provider. They checked the issue out each time, got back to me either the same day or following day and not only told me why but told me how to fix it! Very stable and reliable hosting provider at a very good price. I had to use their customer support just once and that too was quite satisfactory.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
