What are the best aspects of this product?

I've hosted multiple web sites with Hostwinds guys now. Superb web host! Support is Excellent. Not a lot else I can say apart from using them ;-) These guys are stars! Help is prompt, accurate, and understandable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Fully recommended.
