What are the best aspects of this product?

I've been with many other web hosting providers in the past and the services don't even compare to these guys! Hostwinds tech customer service is outstanding...every time I have ever run into any issues whatsoever, whether it's been issues with my account when I've been past due, and they have been lenient with payments and kept my services on.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

No complaints!
