Wow, I must say they are GOOD! Happy to deal with this decent web hosting provider - Double Thumbs Up! I have had responses in a short amount of time and they have solved my problem every time. I first signed up with hostwinds web host because the price was extremely reasonable, and I had heard good things about their support.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I've never had a problem with Hostwinds service.
