What are the best aspects of this product?

Have been with Hostwinds web host for about a year, and have found their Hosting solutions to be a perfect fit for our business model. In my early days with them they even helped me debug PHP scripts (I've improved). I like having control over the server, but when I get stuck I can ask for help.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
