What are the best aspects of this product?

I love Hostwinds quality of hosting service. Having one plan isn't a con when it's $5/month and get so many useful features as well! Their Cpanel is feature-rich and easy to use. Hostwinds is perfect SSD web hosting provider. They have been nothing but nice to me and my website. Cheap hosting, Great uptime, Nice features, Good support… I recommend! I've only needed about 4 tickets and everything has been minor and resolved very quickly. I have been very happy with their courteous tech customer service!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'd like to say that I am glad to have found Hostwinds SSD web host.
