What are the best aspects of this product?

At every stage of the process, Hostwinds was immediately 'on the ball' with their updates and support; the only problems occurred when contact with the original registrar was necessary and when we invariably had to wait several days for every response. Once the administration was sorted out they were again immediately on the ball and the process of updating the hosting took literally minutes.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
