What are the best aspects of this product?

Would like to say that Hostwinds is my first host and it's been a great experience. I've seen the site go down a few times (used for 11 months) but it's usually quickly back up. For $5 you get a hosting-plan packed with features and accessibility with unlimited disk space, unlimited transfer, and 5 domains possible (1 included in price on top).
