What are the best aspects of this product?

I like their speed connection - it is pretty fast. SSD drives are really faster than HDD. The experience is excellent. There was an issue with my account created admittedly by my own negligence. Hostwinds was especially cordial, patient and knowledgeable. Follow up with a phone call was a great touch to see that all was up and running.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Think they need to accept more payment methods.
