What are the best aspects of this product?

I have joined Hostwinds in February 2019. They have managed several websites that I have designed. My experience with the business can only be summarized as excellent! Can also mention that Hostwinds SSD host quickly provided me with references. The cost of hosting websites through them is also minimal compared to the benefit and service one receives.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The support tickets where I have lodged a request were always timorously resolved and resolved satisfactorily.
