What are the best aspects of this product?

The support we have received has been exceptional. Great hosting experience dealing with Hostwinds team. If a call-back has been needed it has always happened within an hour. Explanations are clear, calm and completely lacking in the "we are cleverer than you" attitude we have experienced with previous hosts. Thanks and keep it up.
