What are the best aspects of this product?

Hostwinds has always been there with outstanding service and customer support. I have all my websites hosted with them, and have since October, 2023. Not only this host has very fast and reliable servers, their Support have always been top notch. Great service at a great price - what else can you ask for. I haven't had to use technical service but everything else has worked as advertised.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Don't look any further. They are good.
