Great value for money – prices are incredibly low

What are the best aspects of this product?

Of all the web hosting companies I have used, Hostwinds certainly is the best. It is unrealistic to ask for an immediate response, but this hosting provider usually responded to my request within 15 minutes. What makes this decent SSD web host better than my previous host is the price and feature. I'm very impressed with the fast and professional support provided.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The set-up was fast - I was transferring my test sites within minutes of receiving their instant welcome emails.
