Great web host!

What are the best aspects of this product?

I am so happy that I chose Hostwinds SSD hosting for my WordPress site 5 months ago. When they find suspicious files they send a warning e-mail, and when the files are 100% sure malicious they are quarantined (and the user advised). The support staff is kind and really willing to help. The panel interface is brilliant and quite good compared to the majority.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
