What are the best aspects of this product?

Nice and trustworthy web hosting provider. I've been using Hostwinds web hosting service for a number of months and I am very pleased. I selected a monthly shared hosting plan. It was great and after one month I signup for an annual subscription.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It makes me feel as if I’ve my very own technical support assistant.
