Great web host with perfect uptime and speed

What are the best aspects of this product?

I've only had my site down for 5 minutes and that was for a CPanel upgrade. Hostwinds is excellent all round but they absolutely excel at support and when you are building a business you really need reliable and quick support. They offer a list of useful features, scripts, tools.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Their hosting plans are reasonably priced.
