What are the best aspects of this product?

I initially picked hostwinds hosting for the pricing and the package options and I couldn't be happier with the service they provide. My sites are running fast and efficiently. I have been hosting my sites for more than a year and I haven't had any problems managing the site. When I needed customer service this was provided immediately as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
